Ardendale Kennels was established in 1972. We are life members of the Canadian Kennel Club raising healthy, happy westie puppies to become life long companions in your home.
Our westie puppies come with their Canadian Kennel Club registration papers and a 1-year health guarantee. They are micro-chipped, de-wormed, and have their first shots.

Westies Are Besties!
The West Highland White Terrier, commonly known as the Westie, is known for its luxurious white coat, compact body and curious personality. Westies are energetic, fun loving, little dogs that get along well with children and other dogs.
The breed originated in the rocky regions of Scotland where they were bred to hunt badgers, foxes and other vermin. The propensity to hunt such prey is still evident in the breed today.
Westies are medium-sized terriers, although with longer legs than other Scottish breeds of terrier. Westies are proud little dogs who strut along with their heads held high and their little tails straight and wagging, showing off their Scottish heritage. These sturdy little pups make fantastic, loyal companions. They are non-shedding and non-allergenic. Grooming is quite simple!
Our Westies look forward to our grandchildren’s visits as they know there are fun filled times ahead, playing ball or just hanging out with the kids.
Our males and females are carefully chosen so their offspring will inherit good temperament.
